i got a question if i went and got pics from a website and recolored them different color but then gave full credit to the website would i be able to do that or not cuase i cant think why couldnt do that p.s. another thing is that if i get it off a website should the website be given credit for or the creator of the pic what im getting at is i want to make my own vertions of shiny pokemon but i dont know to who i should thank or what ever wow that was a long p.s.

something i forgot from yesterday was that when i do submit art it wont be like the things ive faved cuase they will S-U-C-K LIKE H-E-L-L and im more of a person that likes to draw my own suff and that stuff will mainly be like animals and stuff like that or what ever so um......... ya... //-/ [______]

I am not very artistic but i can draw perfect shapes like squares and stuff... any way i never realy got how most people draw perfect art on a computer so if some one could give me a program they use i might submit somthing... well thats it o ya at the moment i draw every thing on windows paint
